MOD Training Failure Rate (UK)
We are proud to have a teacher lead Programme designed to ensure you do not become the wrong statistic. Our Programme is designed for you to succeed mentally, Physically and making the best use of your time while you process through the AFCO recruitment channels.  

Phase zero Success rate
Our programme provides a space where anyone can learn, regardless of background, age or ability. The period of time between that intial AFCO Enquiry to Phase one Training can be a realistc 14 months. Start Phase Zero and you can take an early advantage, connect with other recruits in one space, access our app and much much more. 

Partners
Our partners contribute to the education cycle, every step of the way. On completion of the programme, you will receive a certificate of completion confirming you have successfully completed your pre entry training. demonstrating at interview that your not only committed, your also ready. 

Aviators

Your Phase 1 training will take place at RAF Halton, where you’ll be tested on your General Service Knowledge (GSK) and introduced to the standards expected of an aviator. Start your preparation today and arrive ready.

RAF REGT

RAF Regiment Phase 1 training begins at RAF Halton, followed by specialist Regiment training at RAF Honington. You will be expected to meet high physical standards and develop force protection skills from the start. Prepare early, build your fitness and arrive ready.

Officers

Officer Phase 1 training is delivered through MIOT (Modular Initial Officer Training) at RAF Cranwell. Preparation before arrival is key, and you will first need to successfully complete OASC. Start your preparation now — let’s tackle it together.

Don't just take our word for it

Trying to find current information online was honestly hard, especially for Officer applicants. The OASC process is different from the Aviator route, and there’s loads of outdated info and blogs describing things that have already changed. PREP put everything in one place and made it much clearer what to expect. It really helped me prepare for CBAT and the interviews.
